| Calibre Personnel Solutions was established by Peter Lennon in Laverton, Victoria in 1994. Peter believed there were no wholly owned and operated Australian agencies that catered specifically for transport and warehousing, and through determination and hard work original customers who came on board back in 1994 are still with Calibre today. |

| Peter is also a great supporter of local business and sporting groups in the local Western suburbs and has been for many years, he has sponsored many clubs to their ultimate aim of being premiers. |

| When large numbers of staff are requested for employment a member of Calibre staff would also be inducted thus ensuring we have a good all round knowledge of what is expected of our workers |

| Our staff can be contacted 24/7 and Calibre will provide contact numbers to your shift supervisors |
| Candidates are also provided with contact numbers to contact Calibre staff outside of normal hours if required in case of absences or illness |
| Weekly visits by member of Calibre staff to ensure workers on site do not have any issues. |

| Understanding our client’s work flow |
| Calibre are prepared in advance for seasonal, month to month or for any ad hoc demands that may unexpectedly occur by having a pool of casuals who have their own vehicles, own safety gear and are available to work on rotating shifts. If required we can continually replenish with new workers. |

| We would require a detailed job description for positions to be filled by Calibre Personnel thus ensuring our workers meet that criteria. |
| Information regarding candidates and our clients would be entered into our Fast Track computer system which enables us to select candidates who match job descriptions. |
